Prices exclude VAT. Hardware (RevPi controller, encoders) purchased separately — see Hardware page. All plans include software updates for the subscription term.
Straightforward terms designed for industrial manufacturing
Software is licensed per machine — each rewind or unwind station uses one license. Licenses float across your site so you can reallocate them as your production mix changes. No per-seat or per-user fees.
Monthly and annual subscriptions available. Enterprise customers can purchase a perpetual license with an optional annual maintenance agreement.
RollTagger software is installed remotely as a service. Hardware is sourced and installed by you or your OEM — no engineer visit required for most deployments.
The RevPi Connect 4 controller, RevPi DIO expansion module, and BRT encoders are purchased directly from the manufacturers. See our Hardware page for links and specs.
OEM and reseller agreements available for machine builders integrating RollTagger into their equipment offering. Volume discounts apply.
All roll data is stored locally on the RevPi device — no data leaves your plant. RollTagger operates fully offline with no cloud dependency required.
Common questions about licensing and purchasing
Each rewind or unwind station running RollTagger software consumes one floating license. Licenses are not sold in pairs — a Site License gives you 10 licenses to allocate however you need: for example, 7 rewinds and 3 unwinds, or any other combination. Contact us to discuss your specific setup.
Yes. You can upgrade from Pilot to Site License at any time. The cost difference is pro-rated for the remaining billing period and your roll data and configuration are fully preserved.
No — hardware (RevPi Connect 4, RevPi DIO, encoders) is purchased separately from the manufacturers. This keeps your hardware costs transparent and lets you source locally. See the Hardware page for direct purchase links and typical costs.
Yes — try the full software interface now using the live Rewind Demo and Unwind Demo in your desktop browser — no sign-up required. For an on-machine pilot, contact us to discuss a trial deployment.
The annual maintenance agreement (for perpetual license holders) covers all software updates, bug fixes, and email/phone support for the year. It does not cover hardware replacements or new feature development scoped outside the core product.
